Booking Terms

How  to book: Book with us directly through our website

Payment: A 25% deposit is taken at time of booking with balance payable in full 6 weeks before arrival.

Occupants: Only the persons named on the booking are permitted to stay in the cottages during the period of hire. Included in price: electricity, wood for stove, all bed linen and towels.

 

 

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Should we be able to re let the accommodation your money will be repaid. In the event we are unable to re-let the property for hire all monies paid by you will be forfeited to Brogaig Cottages.

In the event of unforseen circumstances which make Brogaig Cottages unavailable for your use, we will endeavour to find alternative accommodation. If this is not possible we will issue a full refund.

We recommend that you use holiday cancellation insurance should you have to cancel due to unforseen circumstances.

Occupancy

Tenancy runs from 4pm on Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. No smoking is permitted inside the premises and we do not accept pets. The hirer is responsible for the condition of the property during the hire period. Breakages and damage must be paid for and it would be appreciated if you notify us to allow for replacements to be ordered in time for incoming guests.
